1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Aunt Millie’s Suns Out Buns Out Sweepstakes (the “Promotion” or “Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 5/22/2023 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 7/09/2023 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period will consist of seven (7) entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) as described in the chart below.

2. ELIGIBILITY:The “Promotion” is open only to legal residents of the fifty (48) contiguous United States & DC who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have a valid email account as of the date of entry ("Eligible Entrants"). Employees, agents, directors and officers of Perfection Bakeries, Inc. doing business as Aunt Millie's Bakeries (“Sponsor”), Berlin Productions, Inc. (“Administrator”) and (as applicable) any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, prize suppliers, and fulfillment, advertising, marketing and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses), regardless of where they reside, and/or those living in the same household of each such employee/agent/director/officer (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Internet access and valid email address required. Administrator’s server shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects.

3. HOW TO ENTER: There is no purchase necessary to enter the Promotion. There are two (2) ways to enter, as described below:

a. Enter with a purchase: You may enter the Promotion by purchasing an eligible Aunt Millie’s product in one (1) or multiple transactions at any participating retailer during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Purchase”). To enter the Promotion you must visit www.sobosweeps.com and enter the Eligible Purchase UPC (Universal Product Code) located on the package as well as completing all required information on the entry form (including name, email address and complete mailing address [which will be used only for award of prize if determined to be a winner]). To result in entry, Eligible Purchase UPC must be inputted exactly as it appears on eligible Aunt Millie’s product. For a list of Eligible Purchase products, see the chart below. All Eligible Entries via this method must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the end date of each Entry Period (as per Section 1 above) to be eligible for that Entry Period’s drawing. All Eligible Entries via this method must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 7/09/2023 to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.

b. Enter without a purchase: You may enter the Promotion without making a purchase by visiting https://sobosweeps.com/amoe and following the on-screen instructions to register for the Sweepstakes by submitting all requested information (including name, email address and complete mailing address [which will be used only for award of prize if determined to be a winner]) for which you will receive one (1) entry into the corresponding Entry Period as well as the Grand Prize drawing. All Eligible Entries via this method must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the end date of each Entry Period (as per Section 1 above) to be eligible for that Entry Period’s drawing. All Eligible Entries via this method must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 7/09/2023 to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.

By entering using a mobile device, entry may require data usage or incur data usage charges. Such charges may apply regardless of whether you are successful in entering the Promotion. Check your mobile plan for rates/details before submitting an entry. Wireless access may not be available in all areas.

Limit two (2) entries per Eligible Purchase UPC per person/email address per Entry Period. Limit two (2) entries without purchase per person/email address per Entry Period. All entries must be received by the dates outlined in the chart in Section 1 to be eligible for the applicable Entry Period drawing. All entries must be received by 7/09/2023 to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.

Entries will NOT roll over to subsequent Entry Periods, if any. Any attempt by any entrant to enter by using multiple/different email addresses, mailing addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate online is prohibited and will result in disqualification with all entries being declared void. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS:Twenty four (24) Weekly Prize winners will be selected for each of the Entry Periods on or about the dates listed in Section 1 for a total of 168 Weekly Prizes. The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a separate random drawing on or about 7/12/2023 from among all eligible entries received via both entry methods during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning a Weekly Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received during a given Entry Period. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawings will be conducted by Administrator, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the drawings.

5. PRIVACY:Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Entrants online, in accordance with its Privacy Notice. Please review the Sponsor’s Privacy Notice at https://auntmillies.com/privacy-policy/ . By participating in the Promotion, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Notice.

6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS :

Potential winners will be notified via email on or about date of applicable random drawing. For Weekly Prizes, see chart in Section 1; as per Section 4, Grand Prize random drawing will take place on or about 7/12/2023.

AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE
For Grand Prize: Potential winner will be directed to download, complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal) within 48 hours.

In the event a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely comply with applicable prize claim instructions (for Grand Prize, this includes timely completing/signing/returning the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release [where legal], he/she is disqualified for any other reason or if the prize/prize notification material is returned as undeliverable to winner, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may choose an alternate potential winner at random from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable entry period or Grand Prize random drawing as the case may be).

Only a street address in the (48) United States or the District of Columbia will be accepted, and prize/prize notification material will only be delivered to such address (if potential winner is verified as being eligible and in full compliance with these Official Rules).

THE ONLY WARRANTIES ON A PRIZE – IF ANY – ARE THOSE OF THE APPLICABLE PRIZE SUPPLIER/MANUFACTURER.

WITHOUT IN ANY WAY LIMITING THE FOREGOING, GRAND PRIZE WINNER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT, IF PELLET GRILL INVOLVES AN INHERENT FIRE HAZARD AND, AS SUCH, FIRE MAY RESULT IN IMPROPER OR NEGLIGENT OPERATION OF THE PELLET GRILL. IT IS THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE ANY AND ALL NECESSARY SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AS TO USE OF PELLET GRILL, INCLUDING OPERATING THE GRILL ONLY IN A WELL-VENTILATED AREA, KEEPING PELLETS DRY PRIOR TO USE, AND REFRAINING FROM OPERATING THE GRILL IN THE RAIN.

All prizes are nontransferable, non-assignable, and no substitution or cash redemption is allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value if advertised prizes are unavailable. The ARV of any prize listed is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of a prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. Winner is solely responsible for all unspecified expenses relative to prize acceptance/use and all taxes relating to prize(s). Grand Prize winner will be issued an IRS 1099 Tax Form reflecting total value of prize(s) won and agrees to complete an IRS W9 Tax Form with his/her Social Security Number (or Tax Identification Number) and otherwise assist Sponsor and its representatives in complying with any and all applicable governmental reporting requirements in conjunction with award of prize(s). Limit one (1) Weekly Prize per person. All Weekly Prize winners are eligible for Grand Prize drawing.

8. GENERAL RULES: Incomplete, corrupted, mistranscribed or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged or misdirected entries/winner notification documents and/or materials; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer/phone equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor or proof of entry in Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” of an email address is the natural person in whose name the email address has been issued. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion, and in the event of cancellation, the prizes will be awarded in random drawings from among all eligible entries received for each affected Entry period/Grand Prize drawing and overall prior to cancellation or in another manner determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor will post notice of such action on www.sobosweeps.com . Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW; SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find: to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Promotion; to violate the Official Rules; or, to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in their sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among all eligible entries received for each Entry Period and overall prior to cancellation.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: You hereby indemnify, release and hold the Released Parties harmless from and against any third party claim arising from use of any entry. Participating in the Promotion and acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use a winner’s name, address, and likeness in connection with the administration of the Promotion as well as for commercial/advertising/trade purposes without further notice or compensation (where legal) and as otherwise required by law. By participating in the Promotion, the entrant agrees that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entry, device usage, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or component thereof, if applicable, or participation in the Promotion or participation in any Promotion related activity. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with their contents and agree to be bound by them.

10. GOVERNING LAW: The Promotion and the Official Rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Entrants submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in New York and agree that any dispute shall be brought in New York state court in Westchester County or U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. You agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Promotion or any prize(s) awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of New York (as set forth above); (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Promotion, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (c) notwithstanding the foregoing, you waive the right to claim any damages, whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.

11. WINNERS’ LIST: You may request a winners’ list by mail by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to THE AUNT MILLIE’S SUNS OUT BUNS OUT SWEEPSTAKES c/o Berlin Productions, 870 Locke Ln, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598. Requests must be received by October 16, 2023.
